A two-day seminar on the topic “Lifelong Learning and Labour Market Needs Analysis” took place in Mavrovo on the 15 and 16 of March 2017, uniting 32 representatives of VET schools, Workers Universities, Centre for Adult Learning, municipalities and local self-governments, local agencies for employment, local Chambers of Commerce and of the Ministry of Education from the country
The second consultative meeting in relation to the preparation of the Lifelong Learning Strategy 2016-2020, took place on 28th November 2016 gathering project experts and relevant stakeholders in Hotel Arka in Skopje to discuss current situation in the sector and directions for its future development.
One of the most important elements in the process of reforming the VET is innovation in teaching, learning and assessment. If in the past the learning process was classroom based and teacher centered, whereas testing was used as a method to examine knowledge.
On the 2st of September, 2016, official event of the project "Enhancing Lifelong Learning through Modernizing the Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education Systems" took place in the hotel Holiday Inn.
